Glass scratches

Featured Replies

Is there anyway of getting rid or at least trying to cover up scratches on the windscreen. I think the local cats have been climbing over the car, i'm sure theres paw prints into the dirt on the bonnet and there a lots of scratches on the glass.

Is there any thing/ one who can help???

Silvo or Brasso wadding (I forget which it is on glass) should reduce the visibility of the scratch I believe.

Jewlers Rouge........A very, very fine powder, mixed with water acts a bit like T-cut.......But hardly abradsive.....Taqkes scratches off watches and mirrors.

i think halfrauds still sell class cutting compound dont they?? that is specifically for that purpose.. but it is quite expensive:(

Buff with fine cerium oxide powder made into a paste with water. It is the stuff used to polish telescope mirrors.
