Fuse 15 protects the instrument cluster. If it just the trip computer which isn't working, I would guess that the instrument cluster may be faulty. These are expensive to replace.

if f15 is blown your trip and run timer and clock will get reset to zero each time you turn off engin, but will run ok till switch off engin. I know cos I had to remove F15 to restore my guages from intermittant.
