Finally got to put my rs4 18's on my octy last night, didn't even get time to admire them though as the gf stole the car to drive to work. Drove it this morning, and the wheels were everywhere. Balanced by the suppliers, by posterior. Just had them checked at a garage here, and they were out by over 130g and that was one of the better ones:mad: .

I gave up using chrome valve caps, got fed up with them being nicked.

Yeah mine keep getting nicked too:mad: - plastic ones only from now on.

I had some chrome ones, didn't get nicked, but instead they seemed to cold weld themselves to the valve. Ended up having to take them to a tyre place who had to replace all the valves, they said it was a common problem with chrome ones. Needless to say, I now stick with the plastic ones, which is a shame as the chrome do look good on alloys.
