I've got a Jabba remap and wondered if it would need reflashing if I had a 100 ceel sports cat fitted c/w full cat back exhaust?

Probably.

I think if anything it will require a "tweak" of the map as opposed to a "remap"

Officially the ECU should adapt to any changes but, as Geoff said, a tweak would probably be more appropriate.
