I really like this MAG. And the furby BEAT a Golf GTI:) oky if they remapped the GTI the furby wouldnt have come top , BUT anyway Gr8 mag and i get it from WHSMITHS although my local paper shop will get any mag in so check your out. Happy reading!

if so then a 20k standard car Vs. a 12k car with upgraded turbo/inlet/exhaust/injectors and god knows what else that would cost more than 10k to a regular joe off the street.

From the read up 3k in mods but then you need another 2k in suspention intercooler and brakes plus 12K for the car, 17K for a total DARK sheep i dont think thats bad. i know what your saying its a lot of money that ull never get back but what a laugh it must be.

[Noob moment] Recently was browsing the forge website and looked at the FMIC for the fabia, was wondering how comes luke's one is hauuuuge compared to the ones at forges..? is it one from the octy's or something?

I do believe his was a development one, hence them maybe playing round with sizes and finding it wasn't viable making them all that size perhaps?

And I saw the one he's fitting now last Friday! :eek: It's absolutely massive and designed for his car alone. It will need some custom "mods" done to the bodywork behind the bumper to fit, but it looked well sexy. I only hope it doesn't lead to too much lag as it was one of the deepest FMICs I've seen for some time.

The Allards one is fine for me, and vented the way I have will still cool down intake temps nicely (by going for area, rather than depth)

The black grille surround looks really good on the fabia. Reminds me of a modified red M3 that had black surrounds on the front grilles.

Jabba lukes intercooler is a PRO ALLOY one, you can buy the kit for about 800quid i think. would like to know how much cooler etc air temps are than the forge one as its more money.
