Clock and milometer permanently on

Featured Replies

Ever since I have owned my Fabia the clock and milometer are permanently on even when the key is removed from the ignition and the car is locked. Is this normal and if not is they any way of fixing it?

It's normal.

Righto thanks for that puts my mind at rest!

This seems to be normal but will this affect batterypower when I am not using my car for a month or two?

It will affect the battery charge, however the power draw will be so low that it would take a VERY long time (years) to flattern the battery.
