225/45/17 tyres on a 4x4?

Featured Replies

Hi guys, im hoping the answer is yes as I have already paid for the tyres :o (too cheap to knock back and I can always pass them on at worst...)

I did a search and there seems to be a lot of VRS owners running the 225/45/17 size but can anyone confirm that they clear the bodywork and suspension components just as well on a 4x4 (as far as I know its only the rear suspension that is different anyway)?

As I say, I pretty sure they will but Im asking the question before I payout for fitment.

The tyres are MICHELIN PILOT SPORT PS2 TYRES 225/45ZR/17...91Y if it makes any difference.

Many thanks,

Lee
