Yep, you can buy the vw ipod lead (or a dension ice link). See piccys here. Both kits are around

can be got from a skoda dealer

Skoda ipod interface

ZGB000051853

its about

Also Connects 2 have an interface that plugs into the cd changer port. Only the skip buttons work with it.

Itrip!.....ten quid and you just use your ipod controls!!:)

K:)

Itrip is a good alternative, but depends where you are in the country and how congested the FM band is.

thanks for your response's ill pop down to my dealer to get one tomorrow

I have had a Dension ice link, an alpine ipod head unit but personally I find this the best set up. Connects2 aux in connector.

You dont need to create play lists

You dont need a degree in computer programming to work it

You can use any make of mp3 player as it works from the headphone socket

It only costs

can you work the controls from the headunit or ave you got to do it from the mp3 player?

You conrol the tracks etc. from the mp3 player and the volume from the head unit. When I first got the car I wanted to control the ipod from the head unit but after trying the Dension/VW icelink and the Alpine ipod head unit I found it easier to control the tracks from the MP3 player, others might say differerent, but this is my choice. Thats the good thing about this forum, lots of users with lots of experiences.

I use the VW one, cost me about

Dealer fitted mine but it is terribly slow and gets confused very easily.:thumbdwn:
