Silent Audience

Help

My audience HU was fine 1/2 hour ago, but just been out in the car and its silent. The unit powers up and everything appears to work, but I get no sound from the speakers no matter where I put the volume control. Its almost like the software has glitched.

As I am at work I dont have the hardware to remove the HU to disconnect the power and reboot it, so if anyone knows which fuse(s) to pullout to get the HU to reset could they post the locations. I removed the fusebox cover but couldnt decipher the diagram.

edit to add, I dont have the 12 speakers with separate amp, just the normal ones and the speakers are being driven by the amp in the HU.

Weird, it seems to have fixed itself, and is now working again.

Give yourself a "Thanks" for a job well done:P

Following this up.

I went to the dealer this morning and he hooked the VAS diagnostic software. The stereo has recorded a fault code, although he has not seen it before. He is going to call skoda tech on Monday to see if they know what it is. The fault isnt really helpfull, just like some of Microsofts error code, basically the printout said. Radio - Controller Fault. Looks like the car could be needing its 3rd Audience HU.
