SuperChips PD170 Map re-released

Featured Replies

SuperChips have re-released the re-map software for the PD170 engine.

They appear to have slightly detuned the map after pulling the DPF worrying 213 BHP  earlier in the year.

The new map available to all PD170 VAG installations (VW, AUDI, SKODA, SEAT) runs to 201 BHP at 4,202 rpm (vs 213 BHP at 4,368 on previous map)

Read review of 213 BHP map and view new 201 BHP map "curves" here:

:D

Having had dealings with them in the past, I would not trust them to chip a Maris Piper.

So it apears it doesn't incorporate the Bluefin switching option which is where, I am lead to believe, REVO are struggling.

Looks like a reasonalbe hike in power though.

Hi Guys

We have been tuning this engine for a while now, and have done some very in depth testing.

We have now tuned many new Leons and Audi A3's with this engine with great results.

Power is increased by +28bhp and +76NM of torque. This is a safe increase on this engine, but very noticable with good delivery.

Any questions, please ask, or post up in our forum section :)
