I am thinking buying a Skoda felicia, 1.9, year 1999, run on LPG, however, I have found the following advise "Don't buy a monopoint injected Felicia converted to LPG. The engine is not suitable for conversion." Skoda: Felicia (1995-2000)

any opinion?

Don't do it on the 1.3. If for no other reason than a conversion would cost more than the car is worth! ;)

I dare say the 1.6 AEE engine would be ok though...?
