Does anyone know if it is possible to buy (and if so will it fit) one of the underseat drawers that are fitted to the Elegance models and fit it to a seat in a comfort model?

Yes you can buy them for both driver's and passenger's seats. Simple to fit but technically you should renew the seat runner bolts rather than re-using them. Still less than

You'll need the seat bolts as Brian says but the kit for the right side in Onyx is 6Y0 881 578A 47H and 6Y0 881 577A 47H for the left.

I am not too keen on my local skoda dealer (wher I bought the car from) the guy who runs the servicing and spares department seems to be a complete tool. Still I guess there are other dealers around.

I see on another thread that some chap got a load of elegance trim form a breakers.

TBH I think those parts are so cheap you'd possibly be charged more at a breakers as they'd think they had something you really wanted.

Exactly what I had. If it's a sliding drawer they're looking at, I don't think it's standard fit on any of the models.....

You could always try SkodaParts.com. I just spoke to them to order the above and they seemed to know what they were talking about (recommended renewing the runner bolts at the same time).
