Just wondered if anyone had an experience with either of the aux connects for standard symphony HU?

Plugs via 3.5mm jack, costs

I've got the first one in my golf, plugged into an ipod nano dock which converts the line out of the ipod to 3.5mm jack (so i can have the volume right down). then i've just plugged in a boggo ipod car charger to the back of the dock.

Works a treat for me. sound quality is ace because its line level.

The cheaper one worked fine for me, you will have to have the volume up on the ipod and remember to turn it back down again before turning back to the radio else it will blow your eardrums.

It works in the same way as the oe fitment one on the Roomster and Fabia2 and fiesta

I will have one for sale shortly when the DVLA get their act together and change my regestration over.

Keep an eye on the items for sale.

Now thats a good idea

Just tried my home dock in the ash tray and it fits very well and the wires go under the trim. Will get the line out sound plus have a USB out to the 12v power for charging too. To top it off the whole lot fits with the lid down for stealth storage. ;)

Just ordered the Connects2 CTVSKX001 off ebay.

Excellent! I was looking at the ipod version when ordering mine, but then realised i had the stuff already to make it sound good.

Sounds like your lucky with the stealth install too. I've had to velcro the dock to the dash to the right of the wheel and run the cable through the dash itself (using extension etc).

It might be too late since you've already ordered something, but I recently bought a

Sony CDX-GT310. I bought it from ebuyer a few months back. I've just checked and they don't seem to have it any more, but Google it and you'll find a few places doing it for around

Hello, I am new here... I would appreciate if you could help.

How did you do this? what did you have to buy? I would to do the same.

Just one question: what's the difference between the connect2 adapter and the connect2 cradle? The cradle is half the price, but doesn't it have the connector to connect to the AUX on the radio? Is that it? I would have to buy both? The official site doesn't have much info... it sucks!

Thanks in advance!
