Got together with another SE owner today.

PEDD was kind enough to meet up with me to let me compare the 2 cars as I think mine has a slight fault.

It was good to see 2 SE's side by side and yes we were both sad enough to bring the cameras along so there are some pics for you all to see.

Perhaps we could arrange a meet in central location like say Dundee and see how many SE's and other brikskodians we could get together

Ahh but Stu have you been watching the way/dates that they have been getting supplied. I know that some dealers have been sitting on a few but I dont think skoda has been releasing them in number order.

I just thought Dundee as it is middle way between you and me and we might get the Dundee and Perth folk interested as well.

I've been keeping in touch with my local dealer and he's had them pretty much in number order.

Oddly he's just traded one with another dealer for 2 new shape Fabia as he's got orders to fulfill.

The guy at Barkers in Hull told me that they don't necessarily come in number order. When they're off the production line they are checked and then some go back in...

IIRC Pulleyn's in York have 366 in the showroom. Might take a pic of the two vRS SE's and the Ugly black one when I get mine:D

I didn't think the numbers were assigned until they were fitted with the leather in the UK.

Well, seeing as mine is the last one in Freeborn's allocation in Southampton, I shall keep a special look out for how 'high' the number is.

Anything over 990 will do!
