Dubbed!

Featured Replies

hey folks,

was on dubmeister.co.uk and spotted their pressed plates with german logos and what not on them, i kinda like the dubbed euro look...might get some porsche alloys:D ...it says they are for show use only but just wandered if anyone on here has them on and is getting away with it?...its silly really cause they are quite easy to read compared with the bloody fansy fountain pen look ones.

stu.

I have Gernam plates with the 'D' band, Stadt 'seals' and test plakettes and a white rear plate. Been pulled over a few times and I keep my normal plates in the boot.

Some design 90's with a nice bit of stretch would be lush! But remember you will need adapters. Also slam it ;)

One other thing - they would last a lot longer than the "legal" plastic/acrylic rubbish that just seperates after a couple of years - and when used with the standard Europe mounting frames you don't have any screws showing.

You get nailed around here for anything other than the legal plates as the ANPR cameras cant pick them up.

The dubmeister ones are TUV approved etc so they should, right?

Got mine done at dummeister on the Group buy on here a while back and impressed with the results. I opted for the legal look with GB band and uk font and spacing and yes, it would look better if it were like Shaun's but I dont fancy being pulled by the plod :D

Technically though by the looks of things Mike your plates arent strictly legal, there shouldnt be an space between the P and the 3.
