Anyone tried it on windows yet?

What do you think of it?

Ive just downloaded it now and first impressions are not good. The fonts are harder to read, it seems a terrorist cleartype is running on the characters

Also, its apple, and I hate quicktime so Ill probably grow to hate this too

Still, I like to give things a chance so Ill use it for a day.

Edit* Right click on the taskbar and you cant minimise or restore grrrrr

And the buttons have no 3d aspect to them when they are clicked.

Edit**Clicking a user name on 'ere doesnt bring up the little sub menu

Edit*** Hovering over a thread title doesnt display the first few lines of the thread post

Firefox is still top at the moment in my eyes lol

It's dire.

It looks awful and is half the speed of firefox

Crashes lots, better to install osx86 and run it from within there ;)

I just get crashes all the time.

Im running Firefox, IE7, Opera, Netscape Navigator and Safai at the mo and playing with them all.

Firefox is still my number 1.

Tried it, binned it. Firefox all the way.

I use Safari on a Mac & it works just fine. I like it but I think it's often just a case of what you're used to. I use I.E. occasionally in work & it seems all wrong.

If I understand correctly, Safari for Windows is just a Beta release. I think Apple would have been better off keeping it to themselves until it worked properly; this release is only going to give an impression of poor quality. Then again I suppose they now have 1,000's of people testing it for them. :)

Firefox rules! Safari is elephant poo.

Find it quite quick actually, hardly had any problems...just testing site and making notes.

Personally I use opera most of the time now. I love the fact I have 40+ tabs open and when I reboot they all come back :)

I suspect there is a plugin for ff somewhere....

But safari on windows has a few issues, so be careful where you use it.

Firefox does that too.
