Radiator fan fuse

Featured Replies

I have driven a Skoda Fabia for six years. Can anybody tell me where the fuse for the radiator fan is located? I have tried the fuse box at the side of the dashboard and used the fuse locator guide but cannot find the one for the radiator fan. Another thread suggested no 8 (30 amps) but there is no fuse at number 8 position and it is signed as vacant in my manual.

Any help would be appreciated

Its on the top of the battery.

Thanks very much. Before I try any advice on how to access it or is it obvious when I get there!

Lift the top on the battery.

I have a similar problem with the Octavia Mark II. The temperature warning light comes on. The handbook advises to check the coolant level (OK) and then the radiator fan fuse. There is similarly no indication or where it is on the fuseboard diagram. Any ideas? A really stupid question - when should the radiator fans be spinning? They don't at the moment.
