id just like to say a big hello and ask a couple of questions. i currently drive a 07 fiesta st and now require a bigger car as my family is growing i was considering a focus st2 but it's not the cheapest car to run so im looking at a octavia vrs too i would like to know what sort of price can u get a new 2.0T fsi for so i can haddle a good deal out of my local skoda dealer.

i know i can get a new st2 focus for 16.5k but as i said its gunna cost that again too run it lol id just like an idea of what u guys paid for your new motors well the few of u lucky enough to have a shiny new one.

i have the fiesta st and that like's the petrol station but it's afforable the focus is like 18 mpg around town i took one on a test drive and gave it a bit of stick you could see the fuel gauge going down it was quite scary lol. very quick though

It's the price you pay for a lovely sounding engine really, Scoobies are the same - sound lovely but you have to pay for it.

I've been fortunate enough to have a drive in a remapped Octy II and that isn't sluggish I can assure you.
