Don't know how good the advice is, but it looks ok, and is pretty in depth. I got a bit lost at times, but a couple of reads through should fix that!

you're first job is to clean it.... the sand it down using wet and dry and plenty of water to get rid of the old paint... dont go too silly and use a really rough paper... get a nice fine paper like 800grit...
