vRS Purchase

Featured Replies

Can anybody help? I'm looking for a Fabia vRS to replace my crap-heap Clio.

I've seen a Red 04 Fabia vRS for sale at a local dealer, it's bog-standard with no extras 14,000 miles and the price is

Probably not a bad price from a main dealer, slightly on the high side. The Fabia vRS is holding it's money at the moment.

There are a couple in the for sale section here.

Or buy a decent Clio like a 172 Cup. Coincidentally I will be selling mine shortly.;)

Need a diesel for my long commute - and I wouldn't have anther french car again.

Back in April 07 I paid 9900 for a July 05 vRS (red, from a dealer) with 7800 on the clock if that helps.

...also maybe I'll hold out for a Silver one. They look OK in red but I think silver is better.

where u at?

I just bought mine with 20000 on it (04) from Skoda for

i bought my second one from a dealer for

I paid

*Cough* you could get an 06 plate with 10k on the clock for not much more than those older models you mention *cough*

Check out the for sale section ;)

dealer prices seem like a rip off to me at the moment

I dont think they are selling at their optimistic prices though and private sellers arent getting what they hope to get - there are dealers and private sellers looking for 11-12k for nearly new cars which is crazy money an they just sit there.

Red ones were 2 a penny though when I was looking. Silver was like rocking horse poo. There's bound to be a price benefit to buying a red one so hold out if you can. It'll either be cheaper or better specced for the same money. Bear in mind 04 plates are now out of warranty and the extended one you get is NOT the same. You want at least an 05 plate if you can for that kind of money. That's pricey for an 04 plate to me.

You should shop about,i bought a 04 04 black magic fabia vrs with xenons 65000 miles and one owner for

I paid
