VAG Products delivery problems

Has anybody had any problems with VagProducts ? I ordered a KVW100 on Wednesday 27 June 2007 after seeing some positive comments on here. I paid through Paypal, but have not received anything as yet after a week and a half. I have tried to email them a few times already but have not got any reply, and can`t find a phone number for them-HELP!:confused:

At last I`ve got a response on the email, says they have had problems with their ordering system, and have re-sent the item. Hope I get this and it turns up now!

Yeah, think mine was a couple of weeks from ordering...

Didn't really bother me at the time, although I did begin to wonder when it'd turn up! Never got round to emailing though, before it finally arrived.

Anyone else aware of a droning sound? On journey home from the dealership I was soon aware of a muted but constant droning. This was in marked contrast to the 'drone-free' 1.1 DSG Kamiq which I'd had for the previous three years. I've had the Karoq now for a few months and, with the exception of the droning, I'm pleased. At this point I have a confession: Karoq test drive was exclusively in-town streets. Previous car was 1.1 Kamiq SE DSG. The three years with it had been a superb experienc

Hi! I'm in need of some help please. My Octavia estate sat for 8 months unused. The battery went flat (AGM Varta) and doesn't charge. I got the car started with a different battery and then swapped in the dead battery to see if it would start charging. BUT, now the engine was running I needed to move the car a bit and found that the gear stick won't go into reverse gear. It can select 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th but not reverse. I've ordered up a new AGM battery (due in a couple of days) but this reverse
