...but I'm adopting the g/f's as hers has a few less miles and much less abuse from learner drivers. Plus hers is silver, so easier to keep clean than my black :rolleyes: Gotta swap off my trick bits ready for dropping it off and collecting her Octy TDi PD140 :cool: Needed the boot space as there'll be someone else to carry around in October :o I was smitten by the new Leon TBH but it just couldn't compete with the cavernous Octy loadspace :eek: I'm thinking of renting some of the space out :rofl:

i could use some rental space how much per sq foot?:rofl:

Had a look at a new Mondeo estate whilst we were at the dealers (ex Skoda now Ford) and you could hold raves in there :rofl: Was mighty impressed with the bullish chunky front-end :cool: Shame it's a Ford :rolleyes:

only seen pics of the new mondy handsome beasty it is but the prices appear a bit above themselves:eek:

Silver is easy to keep clean but such a waste of time to polish compared to red or black which are far more rewarding. :D

Also, getting rid of stone chips on the silver is a nightmare. The colour never matches and the car looks like it's got acne.

The dealer silver is a best match. It's quite light and doesn't stand out too much, but the provided brush is like a bloody sweeping brush. A size 0 fine art brush from Hobbycraft is a must.
