Should i get my adaptor sprayed or leave it black?

I thought it was a little obvious lol the silver surround on a vrs, the single DIN radio adaptor you get from skoda is black

What type of vRS mate, is it a mk1 with the silver "weave" type effect, or a mk2 with the smooth alloy look.

I painted my own trim for my mk2 as the MFD2 dash panel is only available in black for cars with dual zone. Used Plastic primer, and VW Aluminium silver, it's a perfect match, I did a spare for another dude on here and came out well :)

The Mk1 would be harder to do, because iirc it has a kind of ally / carbon weave kind of effect (I could be losing my marbles though)
