I have bought the car but I need something to relax my mind is the cambelt the same as the Toothed Belt.

Oh ****, looking at the service history I noticed the Toothed belt was replace, me not knowing this have got an other CAMBELT thrown into the deal. I think I will have to double check the service history before I play hell.

My mistake the Toothed Belt had not been ticked:O :rolleyes: .

First the Test drive.

12 years I have been driving and a clean license with the Vrs that won't last long:eek: .The salesman drove the car out of the garage for a few minutes then let me take control of the jet er I mean the car, the first 10 mins was driving round normal roads at this point no rattles ,went up a few steep hills with ease.

The next road we came to was a duel carriageway so picked up the speed to 40 ( sometimes:thumbup: ) which proved effortless for the car. We got to the motorway and I lost my manners at this point I started to swear abit....... the power this car has is amazing I was in 6th gear and the engine was just ticking over.

It stuck to the road like glue,no rattles from the dash and was surprised how it drove over speed humps.

The deal.

The dealer needs to replace the broken driver's door mirror and touch up a few scratches on the paint work. ( I need to get a clay bar on it ASAP )

The reason the car was so dear at

As long as the warranty actually covers what goes wrong. Usually read into it an it covers practically naff all of any use.

Xenons shouldnt add that much tot the price of a used vehicle,

The salesman says it is the usual one offered by Skoda .

I was at the dealers for 4 hours.

Forgot to mention that the noise of the engine did not bother me.
