What I have been up to tonight...

Featured Replies

I am fed up with my wheels running without centre caps - couldn't get the plastic powder coated so have been running with Skoda center badges (from old Octy alloys) and black nut caps.

I found out today that my wheels were refurbed Ford Polaris Grey so I am going to spray the centre caps to match.

My question is:

do I put the Audi badge back on, and then leave it silver, paint it black or paint it yellow to match the car?

Or do I get a set of the V carbon fibre wheel centres and put them on it? (not sure if they fit - don't know the size of these ones at the moment!).

Opinions?

Wheels as is...

I couldn't get anything to fit when I ran this wheel on my first Fabia. I just kept the Audi caps on and thought they looked pretty good.

I certainly couldn't get anything to cover over them, as they're quite curved.

So unless you can come up with some magic solution I'd either run with them on and the Audi badge left in silver, or leave them as they are :)

leave it as it is i think it looks really good like that! looks like they mean biz

Id keep them as they are but buy new centre caps as the current ones look tatty (mine were the same). Changing them for new ones makes a world of difference IMO.

I like them painted black

yep! they look good as is, but new centre caps would tidy them up and finish them off a treat
