Anyone had these problems with their new cars? Glove box lid vibrates quite a lot during acceleration and the steering tracking is pretty bad - car gently sways to the left, tried this on different road conditions and checked the tyre pressure...

Have to go back to dealers :(

I don't know entirely, but mine went to the left under acceleration and I think it's the torque steer that would be making it happen.

I think it's a common thing with the vrs?! I've taken my girlfriend's car to the garage on numerous occasions with regard to it pulling to the left.

Got the same problem with my Fabia.

Initially my alignment was knocked out and Skoda put this right which did help but despite a complete check underneath to find everything was OK, it still wanted to go walkies on particular roads.

I'd put it down to a character of the car plus pretty sure I remember reading some post here where it was suggested because the driveshaft is shorter to the left wheel than to the right, this causes a natural pull towards the left.

Also last service had my glovebox door replaced due to rattling.

All cars should pull to the left slightly, they'll be set up that way. If you have a concern about the tracking then I would get it chacked before you wear your tyres out.
