I was pretty sure it is 48hrs but tiscali have had 3 days so far and I've not heard back from them. Gotta wait till monday now:mad:

Nope, it's longer than that. An ISP is bound to supply a MAC on request within 5 working days.

I wouldnt even both switching to Orange!!

The service isnt the best at the moment never mind with people jumping ship due to a free laptop
