Don't know if SUK read these forums, but I wanted to give credit to Chris at SUK Customer Services who has finally managed to sort out the peeling alloy on my Furby. It took nearly three weeks, but every day he was in contact with my local dealer trying to sort out the alloy and giving me a daily update as well :thumbup:

Credit where it is due, now if only they will do a proper fix for my stutter...:mad:

Yeah, I know - however it was the dealers fault not SUKs

Good to give praise, it's all to often you just hear about the stick they get :thumbup:
