Independant Skoda Garage Required for Servicing

Greetings all

I am new to this site, so Hello to all.

I bought my Superb (03 plate) tdi 130bhp Elegenace just over a year ago, second hand from Sheffield and having done 20,000m it now needs a service. It has the variable servicing set up hence the 20,000m.

I am trying to avoid going to a Main Dealer as it is out of warranty and want to avoid the expense (although I do admit that with a main dealer you get to drive a new car for a day if you re lucky - which is nice but not worth the extra cost).

Can anyone suggest a good independant Skoda garage / specialist in the Nottingham-Derby area please.

I know that there is an independent Skoda specialist in Ashbourne, Derbyshire - has anyone had any experience of using them?

I would appreciate any comments - either to avoid X or go to Y - and suggestions please.
