rear lights

Featured Replies

I have a problem in that I cant get my rear offside light on

I have tried changing the bulb from the other side with no effect so its not a bulb problem

Any Ideas

2002 hatchback ambiente

which bulb is it? not a fog is it?

The light is the bottom one of of the cluster which may be the fog light but it wont even go on in normal operation

does the otherside work? i have a feeling its the fog and only one fog light works on the back, some can be programed with vagcom to operate second fog.

If Knuts is in the UK then the bottom light on the O/S rear cluster should be the functioning fog light and the tail light.

Have you checked the fuses? Sometimes the sides are independently fused so if the fuse pops you don't loose all lighting. I'm not sure how it's setup on the Octy.
