I now have a choice put car back together and go to halfords to find "they are outta stock" or walk to find the same....Hmm walk me 1 mile HMM now wheres the taxi number!!!

Cheers for that will have another search of the forums (i do look prior to posting)

Or do what I did and remove the caliper in its entirity, strip it down, rebuild and then the piston went back - trouble is the piston had come almost out of it's thread/slot so was proving dead hard to wind back! I got there in the end though, with some help. :D

Here's the tool model number:

Sykes-Pickavant model number 66066500

Gosh I'm so good to you lot. ;):D

 - it's a good tool, I've got one in my boot right now :P

I know you have. ;):D

dont forget once the caliper piston is wound back and pads put in you should press the brake pedal until hard and then apply the handbrake.........if you pull the handbrake on first you will set it at the wrong height..........

Phil

Just to add, is a great tool, saves much cursing and skinned knuckles, makes it almost *too* easy!
