Hi,Got a small problem with the Fabia(TDi Pd 100,2001)

It seems to be the AC,it works intermittently scanned it with VC 704 it comes up with this fault.

Do I just need a new sensor?

Is it a DIY fit?

Having just done it myself its a bit fiddly but fairly straight forward.

Yep - that's the infamous Evap Temp Sensor. Would recommend DIYing rather than taking it to a main dealer as they'll take the dash out to fix it, which is a lot of labour fo a sensor that's under
