Just got a year old New Octavia and I find that the seatbelt warning and all audio signals [like door open and fuel low] not working. Skoda India have no idea and they have contacted their head quarters. Any suggestions?

Sounds like the sounder in the dash insert is faulty, easy check with diagnostic equipement to activate it.

Sound works for the parking. They told me that they have to do some computer stuff. Said that they would do it next week.

The sound for the reverse parking sensors will come from another source.

The dash panel actually has an inbuilt buzzer/sounder which as Ross says they should be able to test.
