OK I took delivery of my brand new Octy 2 Elegance in Flamenco Red on 6th July. It cleans up really beautifully with a nice deep sheen. The question I have is how long do I leave it until I polish it and use Autoglym's Extra Gloss Protection?

Any suggestions would be gratefully received

i did mine about 2 weeks later, but very lightly and a thick coat of wax later

unless there is something on there already you will loose the finish quickly

Got to agree with Tim on this one.

Consider a pure wax like Harly Wax or something from the Collinite stable to keep your Octy looking like new.

Another vote for getting a few coats of Collinite on there asap

A good shampoo and then dry, followed with some sealant (try Klasse All-in-One) then two coats of Collinite 476S would be my way forward...
