I have fixed the link everyone,

please feel free to comment!

Personally I'd have done it a lot different.

Unless you work for Toxic and need to have the stuff, I'd look to other equipment that will give a much better sound.

1st pointers,

Get rid of the rear speakers in the parcel shelf. They will drag the soundstage backwards, and interfere with the sub.

Spend as much as you can on decent front components, and install them well with good quality sound deadening - eg Dynamat Extreme.

Make sure front speakers are amped, and if needed playing through a crossover to limit the amount of music below say 80Hz (Or whatever they play down to comfortably)

In the main, get yourself over to TalkAudio and learn a little more about car stereos ;)

thats some fine points but I chose everything to the specification i wanted.

kenwood, toxic, and alpine, were just the good choices at the time and sound qualiy is amazing.

You must remember i have an estate car too and the sound is more evenly distributed.

The theft issue im going to felt over the 6 by 9's. on the already strong parcle shelve.

Cover the parcel shelf with some acoustic carpet. It'll hide the 6x9s on the shelf and still will sound great. I did that in my last car, and it made the shelf look great. Also, tidy up the cables! (of course you've already done that since the pictures were taken ;) )

The system looks well even though its not to everyone's taste. Was it your first ICE install?

yeah it was my first attempt at an ICE install,

i think its really cool

i just put some LED's in the sub- box to make it look good at night!

yeah i was gonna buy some felt / acoustic carpet but i still havnt got round to it yet, but i will as it will be the finishing touch, and also saves it being nicked!

Personally I'd have done it a lot different.

Yeah, me too. For a start I would have used a different host for the photos!

oh believe me i would have done, i just coudn't be bothered to find a good website!

I had to make a new one because of security reasons, its expensive all that ICE.

And i will do it different next time, you know component speakers with a x over kit.

possibly higher wattage subs and amp.

If you were refering to the make's they are very good!

I will use kenwood, alpine and toxic again!
