Got a flea bay alloy pipe with a k&n filter on the end. Came to just over

With the CAI`s the filters are at the bottom so will get the cool air going in it

The Induction kits have filters inside the engine bay , but ducting is piped on to the filter

That is the differences between them

BHP gains will be slight , but throttle response is the main gain

I have the PD160 intake on my PD100 Fabia the response was extreamly good

I have a BMC CDA which is a CAI and the filter is in the engien bay :P but its in a carbon heat resistant airbox and it has a cold air feed going down into the bumper
