hi,

I've recently had my MOT and it failed on the headlight beam height being too low as is expected from a felicia. the mechanic tried to adjust them but they are at there max height and cannot go up no further. Is there any way to fix them or is it a new headlight job?

Isn't that for the hydraulic adjusters??? The fluid has drained from my hydraulic adjusters so they won't work. I have no more manual adjustment from the white dials on the headlight. Is there any way to get these to re-adjust?

Remove the hydraulic adjuster from the rear of the lamp by twisting and pulling, it fits in the lamp in a bayonet bulb type way. You'll see a phillips screw on the hydraulic adjuster, screw it anticlockwise a couple of turns to lengthen the screw and refit the adjuster.

I wonder if there's any easy way to re-fill the hydraulic adjusters. I guess you don't really need them anyway.

I was just thinking that - it appears to be a sealed unit. Its a great toy when it works! Favorits had them too and were ahead of their time!
