Glad to see you gat a blueflame in the end.

My Blueflame cat and system gave me 10bhp over standard. This was tested with vag-com before and after,so it may not be over accurate:rolleyes:

Allthough for a Fabia, at that price bite their hands off:D

Explain about advertising standards if they refuse:rolleyes:

I have just assembled my blue flame cat-back system to my Octavia RS -04. I have used the two orginal rubber fixation points. After I have been driving with the car the system tilts a bit.

I can make it look ok by hand

but after it will fall back.

Anyone that have an idea how I could fixate it better?

Is there any natural fixation points i can use?

Regards

Martin

My Blueflame sits exactly the same.

My Blueflame sits exactly the same.

Do you mean that you have the same problem as I do or that your blue flame system hangs in the cars orginal fixation points?

Maybe the blueflame is straight, and it's the rest of your car that is squint :insane:

That I could live with, but not that the blueflame isn't straight :P

I had to have mine fitted at a Powerflow centre who cut the rear mount bracket off and re attached another, now it sits perfectly straight and doesn't wobble or move or tilt at all, and its been solid for 25000 miles.

Have never noticed any tilting on mine, but im gonna have a look now

My blueflame tilts on mine too ;)

Does yours tilt often? No plans how to solve it?

I had mine fitted by blueflame and it's been perfectly straight now for 2+ years

Same as Si, I went to Blueflame, made to measure and totally straight.

My friend fitted it on his ramp, to be fair the original exhaust tilted too - as it mounts in the same place, I suppose it's to be expected.

I may get it rectified, but not overly bothered by it...for now ;)

Just had a look, hot or cold mine sits perfect. Was fitted by my a local tyre guy for cash of course ;)

10 hp not that impressive got over 15hp with Miltec/supersprint system but you get what you pay for, if your happy thats fine.

Of course you did;)

When you have more mods than standard you will see more difference.

This is due to the extra gases that need shifting
