I have been reading loads of old posts regarding this subject, and I know some people have got the EVOMS system fitted, and seem to rate quite favourably.

I was wondering if anybody had the BMC CAI kit fitted to their Octy Mk2 vRS?

I had one on a previous car and it was fantastic. A really throaty growl, and would love to fit one on my vRS.

Failing this, is the EVOMS kit really as good as the few reports suggest?

EVOMS is good i have it fitted, but have no idea about the BMC system so unfortunately cannot make a comment....hope this helps..

There may be some issues with obtaining an EVOMS in the immediate future as I think they may be redesigning it or making some changes.

Hmmm, are there some issues with the design Stu?

As for the perfrmance gains the EVOM's appears to be very impressive and showed gains of at least 10bhp over the standard air box. As for the BMC I am not aware of anyone fitting one on here but I suppose you could be the first to try
