hi i caught two people in my car yeserday morning 4 am trying to steal it i gave chase and caught one had a nice round of golf with him ,to put it nicely

anyway the problem i now have is that they have uncliped the wires off the back of the ignition barrel can anyone tell me what wire goes on what pin there is two black , two red one yellow and one pinkish anyhelp would be grate

The terminals are all numbered:

30 red 2 wires

15 black 2 wires

50 yellow

16 white, your pinkish one (centre terminal)

there will be one unused terminal left over.

Even if they had tried to start it the immobiliser would have stopped them. Hope that they haven't cause any steering lock damage.

thanks got it all wired up ok thanks for your help.... i didnt know the 99 model 1.3 felica came with a immobiliser does the key contain summit electronic like and does it never need a new battery ?????????

The police were very happy to find out that i 'defended myself with a golf club 'and that a scored a eagle with the thief. and they recoverd finger prints off the cowling under the steering rack....

Glad to hear that the police agreed with your retaliation - I for one would have kicked the s*** out of them if they had messed with my car. Like others have said I probably wouldn't have known when to stop!!

They must have been stupid going for a skoda as well - its got a really good immobiliser on it. I once got a key cut for mine - and didn't know it had to be programmed into the ECU. I tried starting the car, it started and then immediately stopped! They wouldn't have got far!
