New to Skoda tuning help!

Hi all

Fabia vRS turns up in a few weeks and although I've been tuning cars for years (mostly Fords) I dont know where to go and who to use for Skoda tuning - im guessing Jabba sport are quite good from what I've read on here?

Im after strut braces and engine tuning.. am I on the right lines?!

Nice one.. Is the Ibiza the same platform as the Fabia then?

I had 3 strut braces on my zetec-s fiesta(upper and lower at the front and one on the rear), the difference was amazing, no body roll at all and the steering inputs were like lightening - Im sure you'll love it!

As for mods then you need a Milltek exhaust and sports cat, hybrid turbo and a custom remap. ;)

The weakest part on the 130 PD with regards to tuning is the turbo.

This is why the 150 PD VW unit is different. But where the 130 turbo uses an integral manifold the 150 item is seperate. So this means that if you wanted to change the turbo on a 130 to a 150 item you would need the turbo and the manifold, which is rather expensive. So what Turbo Dynamincs have done for us is modify the 130 turbo with various other parts (some from the 2.5TDi VNT turbo) to make it sronger and spool up even quicker. Turbo is built on an exchange basis, we would require your turbo to send off to be modded. However I had the turbo from our demo Golf and as I found out the turbo on the Golf/Bora TDi is different to the one on the Fabia/Ibiza as the outlet on the compressor side is turned through 90 degrees so it doesnt hit the chassis leg. Its not too difficult to modify but it would be best to sent the Fabia one away to be modded.
