Went on a trip round my local (Ipswich) parts places yesterday looking for a sump bolt and washer or just the washer. None of them stocked it and one of them even said they only cater for Vauxhall and Ford (market forces I supose)

My question is where do you get yours and can I use other ones from the VAG group as seen on ebay?

Skoda main dealer is your best bet if you have one close enough to you this is where i got my last one and it was on the shelf

It must be a very poor motor factors as i wouldn't expect them to stock it but most can and usually will order one in for you when asked

Ive not seen the ebay ones so cant comment on them but if you can provide a link someone im sure will take a look for you

I've reused the same sump washer 3 or 4 times without any issues regarding leaks.
