I think they're all notifiable changes.

A different colour (unless we're talking several grands worth of pearl, flip flop, metalflake and lacquer type "different colour") shouldn't affect your premium, but must also be notified to the DVLA.

IMO the other mods shouldn't affect premiums either but YMMV. If it does, change insurer when renewing.

The same is in Poland. Lacquer like "chameleon" is difficult to insure in Poland - more expensive when you have accident - so probably the same law here. But DVLA must know about that changes
