basically what the title says ive been getting a shark fin aerial (a proper one not a cheap ****ty one) and i need to know how do you get to the nut holding the original aerial base on as simple as that really?

Its above the head liner. I think the best way it to open the boot and remove the trim there, you then reach in and undo the bolt. There is a thread somewere about it and you need different connections.

the nut is fairly big, 22mm a/f I think. quite easy to get at once you've dropped the headlining

cheers for that lads i have now worked out how to remove the original aerial but i am now stuck as to how to connect the shark fin as it has 2 leads coming if it and there is only 1 on the original aerial and the connections are totally different!
