I dont wanna pull two hard, I have read that its opened by the side nearest to the windscreen? is this correct?

I had a lil go, but it seemed fixed tightly.

Not taken mine out, but here's what the handbook says if it's any help.

Dead easy - just get your fingernails in the side nearest the windscreen, and pull the plastic lens down. Doesn't take much force.

The photo above is a direct copy from the owners manual, it's in mine as well, page 218. This section shows you how to change all the bulbs as well.
