Pulled up to the garage this eve to the sight of 1 siglight out :thumbdwn: then to top it all off its on the passenger side the most difficult side!

When I first changed them I ended up removing the whole headlight to get to them and i think it was more luck than judgement that i didnt damage anything doing it that way.

Just seeing if any of you out there with xeons had any tricks up there sleves for making this an easier and less painfull (and I mean that in a physical sence) process?

You need small hands & be double jointed!!

Unplug the ballast unit. Unscrew & remove the ballast unit from the back of the headlamp.

To make access a bit more easier, remove the battery covers (top & front).

Unclip & unscrew the headlamp cover, then pull the bulb out.

Piece of cake!
