Looks like a device that modifies the electrical resistance of the throttle pedal making it more sensative, and therefore a waste of money. The effect of using it would be jerky performance in normal driving conditions. It aint cheap either at just under £200.

There are some interesting bits of feedback on seatcupra.net, but I would imagine it needs to be treated with care until you've got used to the changed responsiveness on the throttle.

I was actually pleasantly surprised at the speed of response of the standard DBW system compared to some other (even cable) systems out there
