What's a VRS Ltd edition worth?

Featured Replies

Owing to an unexpected requirement for additional space I'm looking at changing my beloved Ltd edition VRS for an Octavia VRS estate.

Just wondered what sort of money any Ltd editions are selling for? I've had a look on Autotrader and it seems some dealers have them in for more than the initial price but what's a March 2007 worth in real terms with 4000 miles on the clock and not a mark on it?

Cheers

They seem to be keeping their value well as there are people waiting to buy them.

They are probably worth good money, but I wouldn't sell mine, since the point of having an SE, to me, lies in the pleasure of driving a car that only very few people have. I don't think many people would sell it; also, it's a very recent car: 07 number plates. The vast majority of owners will probably keep it for a while before selling it, or even forever. As I said, it just feels great to own the SE, it is such a rare good deal. I know I probably won't own many cars with a unique number on my leather seats! :)

I absolutely love mine, but as I said I need something larger in the car variety.

Looking at the Octy VRS estate which seems to tick all the boxes. :)

I think you could get £12.5k if you find the right buyer. My local dealer sold their demo with a few thousand miles on it for £12.6k this week so the buyers are still out there.

..

£12.3k actually - they undercharged me!

....... and if they want it back, or anyone else out there is looking for one, please give me a shout?

Sorry, but after just one weekend with it and a day's commutting, I really don't like it.
