Hi everyone,

I'm considering selling my Octy vRS alloys and getting some OZ Hydras instead. Want something easier to clean and like the design of this 5 spoke wheel. Has anyone got any photos with a Furby with these wheels on? I tried searching for photos but got nothing with these.

Not sure if they will suit the Furby and whether I should just keep my Octy wheels and refurb them?

They look quite nice.

Alloys are a unique thing, it is rare to find some that everyone will like. Thise are quite nice, they look like they pretrude from the rim so extra care needed whn parking, I found thid out to my detriment with my wheels!

PS the OZ GT Superturismo wheels would look really good as well.

I had a set of OZ Hydras in a 15" Fitment on my last car. Which was a Punto Mark 2B. They where fantastic wheels. They looked really classy, and not chavvy; which was one of my initial concerns because of there simplicity in design.

What I would say is although I regret not getting 16" - because of how they look they appear alot bigger then they are. So matched with a set of ultra-low profile tyres they will do you proud. I'd love a set of 17" Hydras on my Furby.

Also for the record they are very easy to clean. The spokes do not really protrude but because the spokes are fairly flat you can easily muller them by curbing it. All that aside. Buy them!

am sorry irf i dont like them wheels personally your car loooks great on them Octy vrs wheels keep them and stop moaning about how hard it is to cleam them

try keeping multispokes, they are a nightmare

Thanks for the feedback guys. I do prefer the Octy Spiders but they need a refurb and are harder to keep clean. The OZ's will be brand new and are easier to clean, but IMO don't suit the car as well as the Spiders. Am still unsure what to do with them, think a remap is on the cars first, along with the dog-bone mount.

I had these wheels on a Polo 16v a few years back, they are a nice set of rims I've often wondered how they'd look on my VRS too.
