Er..... Hello

Featured Replies

First time Skoda owner,

I have a Mk1 Red Octavia vRS That I brought privately in August 2006

Had lots of 'boy racer cars as a single man.. Mk 2 Cortina GT, XR3, Golf GTI, SD1 Rover vitesse ( great car crap interior), Lancia Beta coupe ( it was like a sugar lump...every time it rained it melted !).

I got married and had kids ,I found myself driving around in ten year old Golfs,Corsa's and Fiesta's............................................................. then the happy times returned.

To be honest I did think about getting an Impressa or Evo, however I saw a web site that was comparing Hot Hatches , so I took a few Vrs's out for a drive and was hooked ,

The combination of value, hopefully reliability, and performance and plus a b***** great boot that I can stick the dog in swung for me.

Now rather than having to pick my kids up in a side street near to their school so they wouldn't have been shamed by my old heaps , they are now more than happy for me to pick them outside.

My son's now into cars and wants me to modify mine..however I think Ill wait until the warranty expires

Can Anybody recommend a good dealer that will give my car it's 3yr/36,000 mile service, I live between Croydon and Epsom in Surrey.

Thanx for reading and er that's it

hi - bet you wish you still had the Tina would be worth a fortune

Lots of questions which I'm sure can be answered in the relevant forums but in the meantime welcome to the forum

Hello and welcome. Lots of people are impressed by my vRS, and a lot of younger drivers are appearing, Skoda becoming cool?

Welcome

My sons almost 15 and he loves , the 'Q' car appeal of the vRS, to be honest I thought, he would do a very fine impression of Kevin and Perry go large, when he first sat in it....but he didn't ,he understood what it was and now always has a smile on his face when we go out for a spin in it .

Welcome to Briskoda.
